It came with a silicon fudge mould, a measuring cup, a wooden spoon and four recipe cards. Luckily Mum had all the ingredients we needed to make Caramel Fudge, so that's what I made first. </div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">Here's what you need - </div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">100 grams of butter</div><div style="text-align: center;">395 gram can of condensed milk</div><div style="text-align: center;">Half a cup of milk</div><div style="text-align: center;">1 tablespoon of golden syrup</div><div style="text-align: center;">2 cups of caster sugar</div><div style="text-align: center;">Half a teaspoon of salt</div><div style="text-align: center;">1 teaspoon of vanilla essence</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">And here's how you make it (remember, if you're a kid like me, you'll need an adult to supervise and help with some tasks) - </div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">1. Gather all your ingredients and spray your tray/mould with some cooking spray.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Q4iBmKfcH7M/TxJMVmWxSFI/AAAAAAAAABw/8Cma08qOQI0/s1600/DSCN3067.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Q4iBmKfcH7M/TxJMVmWxSFI/AAAAAAAAABw/8Cma08qOQI0/s320/DSCN3067.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">2. Cut the butter into squares and then melt the butter and golden syrup in a medium sized saucepan. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-ZHTonLOsX5Y/TxJMf_pUNBI/AAAAAAAAAB4/qMlaFjWE3Yk/s1600/DSCN3068.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-ZHTonLOsX5Y/TxJMf_pUNBI/AAAAAAAAAB4/qMlaFjWE3Yk/s320/DSCN3068.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-73nZOrQbjkY/TxJMqmqB-ZI/AAAAAAAAACA/RE0hdgR8fPo/s1600/DSCN3069.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-73nZOrQbjkY/TxJMqmqB-ZI/AAAAAAAAACA/RE0hdgR8fPo/s320/DSCN3069.JPG" width="240" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">3. Add the milk, sugar, condensed milk and salt to the saucepan. Using a wooden spoon, stir the mixture until the sugar dissolves. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">4. Bring the mixture to the boil, making sure to stir all the time. Reduce the heat and simmer the mixture for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring consistently. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-S7C7aITFFhM/TxJM0h0plgI/AAAAAAAAACI/NOc8XHxoh-A/s1600/DSCN3071.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-S7C7aITFFhM/TxJM0h0plgI/AAAAAAAAACI/NOc8XHxoh-A/s320/DSCN3071.JPG" width="240" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">5. Testing the fudge - you'll definitely need a grown up's help here! Spoon a small amount of the mixture into a bowl of ice cold water. If the ball is soft and can be rolled into a ball shape, then it's ready. If it doesn't then cook for another minute or two. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">6. When it is ready, remove from the heat and add the vanilla essence. Stir it with the wooden spoon until it is combined. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">7. Pour the fudge into a bowl and beat with an electric mixer for about 5 minutes until it starts to cool and set. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-U_U0sdCUZOg/TxJM-8i4g7I/AAAAAAAAACQ/Sxj5h-kPKp8/s1600/DSCN3072.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-U_U0sdCUZOg/TxJM-8i4g7I/AAAAAAAAACQ/Sxj5h-kPKp8/s320/DSCN3072.JPG" width="240" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">8. Carefully pour the mixture into the measuring jug, and use it to pour even amounts of fudge into your tray. Be careful! It's comes out fast!</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-krJ2QRcxnQ0/TxJNHylhMXI/AAAAAAAAACY/ua_iKBrEo-w/s1600/DSCN3074.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-krJ2QRcxnQ0/TxJNHylhMXI/AAAAAAAAACY/ua_iKBrEo-w/s320/DSCN3074.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">9. Chill the fudge for 1 hour in the fridge, and when it's firm, pop them out of the moulds and enjoy!</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-U2ObxlFaQxI/TxJNQ1s4WZI/AAAAAAAAACg/XgVW14xraW0/s1600/DSCN3075.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-U2ObxlFaQxI/TxJNQ1s4WZI/AAAAAAAAACg/XgVW14xraW0/s320/DSCN3075.JPG" width="240" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">My Mum and my step-Dad said it was the best fudge they'd ever tasted! It didn't last long in this house either. Maybe I need to make some more?</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
